I'm trying to create a manual backup of my server before an update but when I click the backup button, nothing happens and the console doesn't show the backup progress like it usually does. I've included a GIF to show what I mean because I don't know how to better explain it.

I've tried refreshing the page, logging in and out, and only backing up certain folders but nothing fixes. My backup is under 20 GB and my internet speed is great, so that's not the issue. Is BisectHosting experiencing any problems right now? My server is located in Chicago.

Your network connection/speed has no bearing on making a backup - that's from Bisect to Bisect.

If it's not going through, open a ticket so they can take a look at what's failing.

Must be a difficult issue to fix. The ticket said they escalated it to the level 2 team nearly 11 hours ago.

Level 2 isn't on 24/7 - they're the A team, so there's a lot fewer of them.
