#Server stuck on starting even after 30mins

Hello I have recently bought the 12gb modded server and its taking ages to start, its on version 1.12.2 with 70 mods (which only 4-5 are ''big'' like thaumcraft, twilight forest, biomes o plenty and ice and fire). It's been in starting for a while and im unsure if it has to be like this for a bit longer or if it's stuck. The console doesn't give any new lines either.

!ticket That's certainly strange behavior. I think you're going to need to create a ticket so that Bisect can determine what has gone wrong.
