i bought a server and the price has been debited from my account but it shows to be pending and i cant access it

Pending is a result of two states.

The first is clearing your purchase. Sometimes Paypal can take 30 mins to clear though, and that makes "Pending" take longer. Other payment options can run into delays, too.

The second is actually making the server. If you picked a vanilla server, it's done and ready in mere moments... If you picked a big modpack with big world changing events, it can take another 10, 15, or 30 minutes to create your server.

If your billing info has bad information (wrong address, card declined, etc), that will stop Pending, and change it to "Pending - Contact us". You'll need a ticket to get that fixed.

If you're still "pending" after 45 minutes, make a ticket.

No, but this weekend has been the definition of abnormal.

over 2h, i recommend a ticket but do note that there is an outage atm, staff are very backed up

No, it should be well under that.

But if it gets stuck, tickets are backed up this weekend.
