Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:
1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.
(Do not send over any logs ending in .gz or we will not be able to assist you)
If your server is in a crash state (the server stops itself), please also attach a crash report, which can be found at the following path:
1. Open your server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'crash-reports' Folder
3. Select the latest crash report by date/time and send it over Discord to this channel.
These files are required for debugging so, please send them over before requesting further assistance. No assistance can be provided without the files. If you have any questions about how to find these files, please take a look here: https://www.bisecthosting.com/clients/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/136/How-to-find-and-view-Minecraft-server-logs-and-crash-reports.html
Ticket staff doesn't need server logs - they can grab them directly.
Asking for peer help definitely does, since we can't see the server. 🙂
Fair. I'm still figuring out who's who.

Average response time: 15 minutes
Or send over the logs, we can take a look if it has anything there
im trying to add the mods intiially through FTP.
And honestly I'm woefully out-of-date on MC server stuff. At this point I'd be relying on my innate troubleshooting skill (which, TBH is pretty freaking awesome) and no MC knowledge.
@zenith forge @clear mural do either of you have experience/know how to add mods in. ive dragged the server mods export from forge into the FTP server but when launching server, says there is a mod mismatch
I've been swamped dealing with the big outage thread and have no brain left for troubleshooting today.
(disclaimer: my MC server knowledge is woefully out-of-date) This sounds like you have a mod dependency graph problem. Like Mod_A depends on V1 of supportMod while Mod_B depends on V2 of the same supportMod
