So I changed my name and moved since I last used and created my Bisect account and I wanted to change the information before starting a new server but the Name, email, and address portion are grayed out and won't allow me to change it. Is this a flaw or is this intentional? I reached out to support over 20 mins ago and have not heard back but I really want to start my server today God willing.

I figured I'd wait till they are responsive because I need them to install a modpack too and I'm not sure when they'll not be super busy with tickets
