I purchased a server and everything went through, including the money being withdrawn from my bank but the invoice I got still says its unpaid

Payments are usually instant, however it may take some time to clear up communicating with your bank. If it continues to say unpaid the best way to resolve this is to contact BH Staff via the ticketing system.
