They're backed up tonight.
Bank uses it as a double-check to make sure you're not using a stolen credit card. Has to match the billing address.
Also, Bisect occasionally mails out free stickers.

Might want to check your credit card address to ensure it has the correct address. You may have moved and never updated the address, or the spelling of something may not match what is listed by your bank. Other than that, BH staff are the only ones to assist. 😦

Any declined charges on your bank?
May flag the charges as suspicious... I've had that happen before.
It wont let me change my bisect account adress anyways the box is greyed out, and they're no declined charges

Just a FYI this also happens when the detected location (from your IP) doesn’t match your entered location roughly. So if you’re remotely paying or using something like a VPN the bank also flags it
