So, still waiting on this to be fixed, but my question was what are the chances of my server files being lost from the node going down, and what is generally the estimated wait time for a fix?

Chances of lost files are near zero.

ETA is something only support can help with, as we have no idea what went wrong.

If it was a bad stick of RAM, it could be 15-30 minutes. Dead power supply could be an hour.

ye. Support on my ticket said they were gonna send it up to level 2 team but, haven't heard anything in the last couple hours
