Weird message/notification pop-up

I have just been playing normally on my Minecraft server and now today i received a unusual pup-up message/notification.
The message Translated from Swedish is "The market cap has been reset! You can now sell again on my server.
Pop-up Message/Notification is about every 20 to 30 minutes.
My minecraft is set to English and i have no Swedish plugins installed.
My minecraft server is 1.21 paper
I have tried to find out where that message would refer to and it might be Essentials plugin, but i have not had that message pup-up ever with that plugin installed for for at least a few months. Also i looked into the config of the plugin and nothing is in Swedish.

Here is a list of all the plugins currently installed and running on my Private Minecraft server.

Ps: I also don't see anything in the Console about that Pop-up

Do you have any sort of shop menu/plugin?

doesnt seem like anything is sent via console about it

Essentials is the only plugin that has /sell but not a shop enabled with a interface

So it's odd

Also the reason for it being in Swedish

I got everything in English

Essentials doesn't pass a custom GUI like that

Do you have any resource packs

That isn't a custom GUI, it's a toast notification. Any plugin can send one, but without a resource pack on the client to provide translations, it displays as-sent.

I use a few recourse packs but none of them i use and loaded ingame with have given that pop-up before.

I did install a recent resource pack for Gesture display but can they still give a popup like that even if they're in the folder and not being used?

It's a pack for a giu ingame for comparability with an Plugin that adds animated gestures

Removed that resource pack from the game completely, looking if it pops up again later, the Resource pack didn't work properly anyways.

Weird thing still popped up and all Resource packs i got installed i updated like a few weeks ago and only yesterday got that popup

but none of them are shop related

The resource pack would provide a translation for the toast sent from the server. Not cause the toast.

This post can be closed, i wait for updates and or changes to any plugin, mod or resource pack i use and see if something changes.
