This is a strange issue. I deleted world to get a new one, with a better start. Now, what is weird, is that the "old" world is still there, but renders away as i move through it. Meaning, that if you just look into the distance without going there, you will see the old world. I assumed there might be some files that did not get deleted, but now, im entierly certain that I removed everything, reinstalled everything, and this still happens. its very annoying and in the way

the left side, is world 1. deleted, re created the world file. that is right, world 2. also deleted. recreated the file, and that is where characther is currently.

You're using a mod that caches chunks locally to increase view distance, like Bobby, Farsight, or Distant Horizons.

So the issue is you need to clear those local files. Where they're at depends on which mod you're using.

But another player connecting without that wouldn't see the "old" world.
