#Help needed adding plugin to my E2:E server

Hello, I just purchased a server today for me and a couple friends and I have it running enigmatica 2: expert. I would like a basic plugin (EssentialsX) type that lets me have access to certain commands like /sethome and /tp to each other, etc.

Is this doable? I tried stopping the server, installing the plugin from bisecthosting's control panel, then starting the server again, but that doesn't seem to work. is it because this modpack is old, and is running 1.90h version of pack on mc server 1.12, and plugins are all 1.2+?

New to this, any help appreciated. I remember back in the day playing in several multiplayer servers for this modpack with plugins enabled, just trying to recreate that on a smaller scale for me and a couple others.

sorry to necro few days later -- but still no luck on this. tried getting both these files in the mods folder and seems to do nothing still, no command access on server

any other suggestions that might be helpful?

Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:

1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.

That shows FTB Utilities as having been loaded. Did you set up permissions for the commands?

It also shows FTB Backup, which is against TOS.

hmm the only things i have downloaded were the things suggested to me by those in this thread
