Hi, I'm looking to improve performance on my server as there is often issues with block lag or jittery entities. This is with two players online currently. I am running 1.12.2 with a number of mods, but I am wondering if there are any areas to look at on the hardware side or perhaps some settings or mods I might have overlooked to help with performance.
