Ever since the portal update, i haven't really logged into my account to make any changes other than update my password and make sure I can log in fro when it got changed. Ive been trying to log in today and my MFA does not seem to work nor do my backup codes work. What steps can I take to get my account recovered?

The Billing Panel was always a separate login from the old Multicraft panel, the change to the games panel shouldn't have affected that.

Nonetheless, if you can't login to the billing panel use....the link Ceridwen kindly shared already lol
