Can I have an explanation on how to setup up my server for Empyrion galactic with the reforged Eden 2 mode. I've already installed through the mods and disabled EAC both on Bisect and the game option. Appreciate any help.

If you mean via restart, you'd want to use the Send Command system in the task (via the command say)
ex:
say 'server restarting in 5 minutes!' > All players
say p:<client-id> 'server restarting in 5 minutes!' < Specific player
