Hey, I just turned a local server into a server on this hosting, I got the map loaded and all the mods but not my character. how do i keep all progress for me and my friends character.

I don't know Zomboid, but if you followed this I think character info should have transferred.

in account name you have to type ur exact steam name and then password doesnt matter but it detects the progress of the players name

Yes. Player information is kept in the Saves/Multiplayer/(servername)/players.db and PZ uses your "Account Username" as the key to find your entry. That key is case & whitespace sensitive.
