Make sure you're refreshing the ticket page/checking your email/double-checking your spam folder.

Doesn't matter - this is an issue with common infrastructure setting up an empty database.

it does. it sounds like this is a fivem issue from other comments he's made. Meaning he's likely uploading a database script, and running into an error with "create database if not exists" permissions.
meaning, if he IS getting that error, he just needs to remove that line.

This is creating the empty DB in the control panel UI, not via SQL. It does not matter.
