Hello! I recently purchased a server and wanted to install a specific modpack. Unfortunately, it wasn't listed in the available options. When I reached out to support, they advised me to link the modpack file to a support ticket so they could assist with the installation. However, I've encountered an issue the ticket submission page loads but never confirms that my request has been successfully submitted. Could you provide guidance on how to resolve this?

yes the ticket submissions has a 2mb limit, so the easy way to do it would be to send them the link to the modpack like this https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/better-mc-forge-bmc4
