Hello! How would I go about adding a couple more overworld dimensions to my minecraft server? I've seen it done before, so I know it's possible, but everything I've looked up online about it so far has been very confusing and hasn't helped me at all.

The multiverse plugin is probably the easiest to use

Would plugins work with a forge server? I've heard mixed things about it

Nope

You’d need to look for a mod to do that, I don’t know any that do it

My best guess what you saw before were multi server networks like bungee/velocity
