luckperms bedrock error

When i try to add a bedrock user to a luckperms role i get a message saying that the use is not a valid "username/uuid" I logged in on my java account and typed in the command myself and everything lit up blue like it was working. can any luckperms nerds help out

Have you added the bedrock prefix?

so whatever you have it as (_, . or whatever you have in your geyser file)
