Hello
For a few hours now, random crashes happens, but to me it seems that are hosting side crashes, not mc server side as during the crash/timeout, I can't sftp nor via local, nor via the web panel, same goes for server console/logs etc.
After few minutes, all the menus are once again available, I assume that means that the host is back on with the services up and running but the server is off and requires me to manually start it up.
What's up with that ? It getting a little annoying.

If that little red banner lasts more than 15 minutes, or you have a lot of connection issues to the panel, send in a support ticket.

doesn't usually last that long, but it's in a state that I can't control, nor can I do any fixes server side to further prevent it since is no error in the server logs

Constant panel outages like that is not the normal. They can take a look in a support ticket and investigate the issue 🙂
