ive got a problem! everytime we close the server and open it up, it has a different IP, there are three of us in the server yet it says that there’s no one there, and we can’t op anyone because its stuck on the previous ip or something, hard to explain but thats as good as i can say it

Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:
1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.
Though most likely this is a ticket issue.

i was trying to op myself, and when i did, it said i did, except when i looked at my MC i wasn't opped
it also says we were last online on teh 12th, the day we started the server

Also, why are you running Fabric with no mods?

i noticed that too, we were already in the server and yet it didn’t say anything in the console, and we do have mods too, we have clips to prove it as wwll

You do not have mods on the server - the logs do not lie.
If it isn't saying anything in the console, then you're connecting to someone else's server.

thats odd, how would we be able to connect to someone else’s server if we’re using the one bisect gave us?

my guess would be that you're not using the right port as well
