#Server restarts itself multiple times after a scheduled restart

My server is scheduled to restart at 15.25 every day but for the last few days it's been restarting itself multiple times (13 times just today) after the only scheduled restart

I don't see any errors but as soon as it's started everything up this appears: [Server thread/INFO]: Stopping the server
[Server thread/INFO]: Stopping server
