Yesterday I bought a server for Vintage Story on the site and it worked for about 30 minutes before I couldn't do anything on the site, not even shut the server down, after about an hour of trying to fix it by restarting my computer, restarting my router and even trying a completely new internet connection it still won't let me do anything, are the servers down for a while or is this an issue on my end?

You didn't try the 3 things that could fix it on your end:
If none of those solve that issue, then it's at Bisect and you need to open a ticket.
