So it seems that plugins just dont work when I install them, both in the Plugin's list, or manually where I put the file into the plugins folder myself, Im 99% sure Im running fabric Jar.

It’s a compromise you need to make. Either you use mods or you use plugins. You can’t use both

You can’t turn a modded server vanilla because all the modded stuff is missing

Idk actually, It was a long time ago I had a minecraft server and I just remembered you used fabric for plugins, but aparantly I was wrong 
What if I make a backup, change jar and load the backup?

You’re easier off just switching jar and selecting “keep files”
But it’s completely undocumented and not supported behavior so no one knows what’s going to happen

What if I downloaded the world folder, and then if smth goes wrong, I got it as a backup?
