Idk if this is too vague of a question but just wondering if you can do this & how.

Let's say for example I wanted to add variants of andesite casing from Create Mod that changes the texture of the wood based on what stripped log is used. Is it possible to do this (possibly with NBT) in kubejs or should I be looking into making a datapack/mod for this?

(Assume I have a base grayscale version of the casing texture & a way to attribute hex codes for different wood type colors)

Also if thats a bad example since its not a normal crafting recipe oops lmfao. Mostly just asking about if the texture thing can be done dont worry too much about the crafting method or w/e
