Hide Recipe Catalyst in REI

Is there a similar way in REI like in JEI to hide a recipe catalyst?
A catalyst is the "crafting block" shown in the recipe, like a crafting table

i think they are called workstations in rei, but cant find a method to hide those

you could try using item obliterator to delete the item (assuming you don't need it)
