I am making a datapack in the data folder, with the final goal of making a theme song for the wither. Unfortunately, the tick.json file is not working, and so the commands are not running. Any help here would be great.

Did you paste in the contents from your datapack's data folder into KubeJS's data folder?
Meaning, the two folders in KubeJS's data folder should be yourdatapackname and minecraft.
