create new curios slot, allow to add custom item to this slot and detect is player wearing item right now

curio slot and adding items to said slots is better done via datapacks(found on curios wiki page)

I'm still kinda figuring that part out but for the time being I use /execute @[curio=] selector which is also available on the wiki to give a constant effect or run a function on them
