You can’t decide what can and can’t be broken with your tier unfortunately. tier.level is the mining level of the tool, 0 is wooden, 1 is stone, 4 is netherite, etc

So its not possible yo decide breakable Blocks. That’s a shame. So no possibility of making a custom mining level?
