Can someone help me remove a block from the worldgen

i dont know how to script and i want to remove the block aoa3:dimensional_fabric from all the dimesions ao3 adds and instead of that block generating in the dimensions i want it to be obsidian but i do not know how i can do this if someone can help me with doing this it would be much appreciated
