#Can I replace a mob with another, but keeping functionality?

I want to replace villagers trough another mob, but keep the functionalitys of the villagers. Like trading and everything they are doing.

Is that possible trough KubeJs? How? If not, maybe someone has a idea how I can achieve that?

It's 1.18.2 forge.

It's very unlikely this is possible. You might be able to do some visual trickery if you're clever about it, but I can't think of a way to do this without making your own java mod.

When I say visual trickery, I mean, lets say we have a zombie you want to behave like a villager, you could in theory have an invisible + invincible villager somewhere near the zombie, or somehow tied to that zombie, and then when the player right clicks the zombie, you freeze it in place, and possibly try to force your character to interact with that villager nearby
