You can add, remove and modify recipes with KubeJS, and the wiki has a page on that!

you can do this in multiple ways, one way is to find the Recipe ID then do this
event.remove({id: 'example:example'})

this will remove the recipe

if the recipe is done via kubejs, simply just find it in the KubeJS Server file, and edit/delete it
