Reproducible [0.15.0.33] Ship spinning VERY fast after undocking from VENC

Like the title says, once I undock from VENC the ship spins really fast and I have to press the button for stopping to spin for like a minute until the ship finally stops. On VNCA and VCBR I don't have those issues. I've also already checked all 4 rotors, all are set on auto. First switching to RCS while undocking also doesn't seem to do the trick.

btw, I removed almost all ships from the save except the stations and my own, in order to trim down the save file by like 30mb. If there are issues, with this one, I can also provide the original one.

Works as described. Request undocking clearance, undock, WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
