Sorry about that! Now that the reactor laser arrays can switch on/off, games saved before the fix might start with them "off."

Normally, switching the reactor off and on again corrects this problem. But in your case, doing so interrupts autopilot, which can be annoying.

As a temporary workaround, try the following:

#
  1. Load your save game
  2. Don't unpause yet
  3. Right click the laser array attached to your reactor (it'll say it's "off")
  4. Hit F3 to open the debug console
  5. Type addcond [them] IsOff -1
  6. Hit F3 again to close the console

Now, if you unpause, the reactor should remain on, even though the laser appears to be off. (Removing "IsOff" from it hides its status from the reactor, so it pretends it's "on.")

#

Once you do this, you should be able to finish your trip normally. And once you get there, turning your reactor off and then on again should return it to normal operation.

This was just a specific case where they were off in the save, and our fixed caused their reactor to shut down. The trick above fools the reactor.
