#0.15.0.29 LEO stealing tools from player ship.

Since LEO on Ceres have auto tasks to restore stuff + they seem to have no issue getting on the player ship, they could casually walk in and if they see any working tool laying on the ground/in container they are missing, they will steal them.
When I docked to BCRE, not one but 3(!) officers walked into my ship and stole 3 weber torches. ost_torch1
Not to mention that officers LOVE to sit on player's GYM and chairs.

Have some tools like weber with charged cell
Wait for work hours (0hr for instance)
Watch NPCs steal your stuff

since items don't have a faction ownership flag they seem to see them as fairgame, same reason you can steal so easily. temporary fix, lock your door when you leave the house

Mouse just stop to work, NPCs walk into door forever staying on place.
