-no mods

re-createable if you plan a power line and build only one conduit, power will transfer the whole way.
even removing planned keeps connection until a conduit is uninstalled

Also wall and floor placeholders count towards airtightness as soon as any single install task is completed, but resets to be properly placeholder-ey and not at all airtight on reload of the save until something is installed on your ship again.
