  1. Carrying murder scene DNA
  2. Select "Analyze Murder Scene DNA" on KLEG Self Care kiosk
  3. You pay the kiosk and hands over the sample material for a rapid DNA analysis.
  4. You can't afford $2000 DNA analysis services from the kiosk.
  5. I have over $763,000, and the kiosk accepts funds for medical services (nanorobot first aid) and trade (hygiene pack) just fine.

I did try transit to another scene (Port Azikiwe) and back, and save/quit/load, but I get the same result.
