I think it works temporarily.

What's happening is if I click fast enough, I get two before it resets

So I'm guessing I'm just causing it to show twice and every time I actually press the button it goes to what's actually there

What this can do is create an exponentially increasing temporary list if you send it back and forth

Confirmed reproducible in all aspects.
Tested on: 0.15.0.18, win10us pro, no mods

It is a little odd that the arrow is pointing to the left when it should be pointing to the right. That menu should not appear at all if no files are selected.

I think the root of this is that the last operation is still selected
