didnt think to check that, but its happened multiple times you can use the save i linked yesterday for the trash issue as a startign point for a repro. hyginene pack did not repro for me, even after having done a restore action on the same cutlass I was repairing to generate the trash i nthe screen
no errors in console log either

error popped when the second cloth turned into trash. Ill do a save and reload once im done repairing the gun
trash apears to have vanished on reload
Current repro method seems to be as follows
- Acquire a weapon to restore (is dirty cloth usable for other item types?"
- Acquire (Dirty) cloth to use in the restoration
- Use up a Dirty Cloth.
Dirty cloth apears at the players cordinates rather than snapping to closest grid point, dirty cloth can be picked up as normal but disapears on reload if left on floor.
