I was trying to navigate two owned ships (one with attached derelict) out of Venus gravity well.
When accessing nav station of the smaller one with derelict Stack Overflow Exception is thrown.
When I try to switch to crew on bigger ship after that two ships merge together in the same place, followed by more exceptions.

vorb 04f - latest save, issue happens right after clicking nav station
vorb 04e - issue happened somewhat in the middle of play, reloaded save and continued playing
vorb 04d - state before issue started happening
