try cycling you overlays with X if that doesnt fix it please pull a save with version and post it here along with the console error log if possible

asper had a similar issue with NPCs that spawned in while he had a Vizor overlay active. And yeah, a save woulf be a big help! WE just need the ZIP from inside the folder.
