For the new PDA update. Since our base PDA can only hold 2 cartridges being able to buy more expensive PDAs that can hold more than 2 carts would be cool and a nice money sink to boot. Could either buy them legally through the supplies kiosk or the broker if they're "jailbroken" or something.

we did kinda discuss if we wanted to go the PDA's get more slots route, but the higher tiers of cartridges means you're rewarded for doing more looting

#

we're gonna see how far people get in a couple days and maybe we'll have to tweak the rarity a bit

Better PDAs could also reward you for doing more looting!

I would suggest at least adding the capacity for PDAs with more slots, just so modders can have a little fun.

But surely you'd be better rewarded for looting the new cartridges. Like looting for the training books.
