Not entire menu, but many options are missing, like dispense water, drink etc. It's not the same as normal or station sinks.

This is not exactly a bug, but more of a convention. This sink is unique. This thing is for role-play only.

Sink is a sink, if it dispenses water for primping, it can dispense water for drinking and washing.

Some sinks have no water.

to clarify what ray said. sinks need water in them to dispense water/drink etc. it doesn't get it from a storage container somewhere else on the ship/station. check the sinks inventory and if it does then it may be a bug.

The one in the dorm has always been weird like that. Appears to be intentional.

Sinks without water still have the dispense water menu item.
