There's this widget thing that's appeared in my crew tasks that I can't close. It seems to block crew orders from popping up in this sub menu, but I can still use the order menu to tell them to do stuff. I think it came up once before but I was able to close it after scavenging a derelict? I don't really know where it came from or how this happened.
And it seems to persist across reloads

see that there big square container thing? Between your nav room and seating room? move it from being stuck in the wall and the door. the game don't like things being stuck in walls/doors or stacked on top of each other, causes all sorts of problems until you find and fix them
