#Constant freezing even after reinstalling game and deleting all saves

Sorry for possible bad English.
So i've played about 20 hrs in total with a few minor bugs. Performance was really good. One day i decided to open a ship editor for the first time. I saw a scary message about possible save corruption and just immediately pressed alt+F4. Since then the game has been unplayable. I've got constant freeze with a 2 second relief every 30-40 seconds. In main menu it is better, something like 5-10 seconds freeze every half a minute. My CPU starts spiking to 100% the moment i open a character creation.

The game is fully vanilla latest stable version. Reinstalling don't help, i've already tried with beta and different legacy versions. I've also reinstalled some drivers, that also didn't help.
It is Ostra problem
Cyberpunk 2077 still works well like any other game

Please use "Verify Files" in the game's listing in Steam.

Are you using any mods?

It didn't help
I don't use any mods
Every save has this problem, even new game.
I've looked through this "Bugs" chat and haven't found any similar situation. Seems like problem came out of nowhere.
i've tried to delete everything i could, including Blue Bottle Games folder with saves, but it also made no difference

This is really odd. Please upload the most recent save, we'll take a look at it.

The message about potential corruption is a standard part of the ship editor; it's possible to overwrite existing ships using it; it wasn't an error message.
