[0.14.3.7 public_test] Cannot buy to/sell from barter zones

issue appeared after update to 0.14.3.7 (public test branch).
no barter zones appear in "sell" tab at kiosks
even if "send to barter zone" checked - the bought item would be put into the character's inventory.
when loading the same save in the release version 0.14.3.6 - the barter zones work.
tried creating a new game and creating a barter zone - it works
my ship is a restored, but not owned by me derelict without a transponder (could this be an issue in the test version?)
tried loading saves with an owned ship - barter zones work.
tried smashing the transponder on an owned ship - barter zones still work (even though nav console does not show an xpdr fault)

Hey Spectre, this works as intended. You can only use barter zones on ships that you own.

It's sort of a new feature. The main intention behind this is to prevent the player from placing barter zones on the station or other unowned ships like npc ships.

will it be possible in the future to separate stations/npc ships and salvaged/stolen ships?
