Taking on "investigate death" gigs, opening an investigation, turning it in to Port Authority. Sometimes results in the murder being resolved, but stuck with the option to "report case as just a death" on almost every NPC. The NPCs ask for the case file, which I do not have. I tried spawning in a new case file with the debug commands, but it just gives you a blank case file you can't do anything with. So kind of stuck in Limbo with not being able to further investigate the murder I'm on, not being able to close or abandon it, or begin a new investigation using a corpse.
