both characters in the game were ordered to sleep. and were sleeping while forwarding.
both were set to sleep as well.
both were tired too. none slept.
#status and crew orders do not have effect on fast forward:

Hmm. Do you happen to have a save file you can upload somewhere for us to take a look?
According to that screenshot, they were sleeping, but it was not during a Sleep shift.
(Ideally, the save would be from a time that lets us reproduce this bug.)

ive had the same issue with my character prioritising exercise to train away feeble over sleep for up to 72hrs straight

now after several attempts to make her go to sleep she finally took some shut eye. but she wasted 5 hours working out
