A large group of NPCs are heavily invested in the terminal after the ||meat|| plot starts. Talking to NPCs won't break them out of it, they won't respond to any social interaction, just keep using the terminal over and over again.

Noticed this in one of the other stations, ATC or something. Couldn't figure out how to remove a contact from a terminal.
