The game has no modifications.
The bug is handily reproducible. If it isn't for whatever reason, I can send you my save file to dissect.
When letting my captain getting sleep, I decided to have my non-captain crewmate sell some things at K-Leg. Upon arriving at K-Leg I went to the licensee shop with a permit and sold an intake. I got no money for it. I tested to see if this was the case for the shops which didn't require a permit (it was). My non-captain crewmate can buy things for free, and sell them for nothing. This also works at the fuel kiosks. I haven't tested it with the gigs kiosk at all, but Supplies, Fuel, (S)crap, and the Licensee station all have the same issue. HUGE issue since people could just buy out whole kiosks with their crewmate. Perhaps the crewmate has their own "Funds" stat/variable which is getting modified instead of the player funds?
